They are made with dulse, rose petals, wild garlic, and samphire amongst other things with the emphasis on flavour . Some of our ingredients are foraged seasonally or grown on local allotments. Our sauces are vegan friendly, gluten and allergen free and contain no artificial colours, preservatives or added sugar or salt and are made using armagh apple cider vinegar. Eat clean. Eat green.
